The kit will be revealed tomorrow, but in the meantime - here is what I made with it! I thought the pp was absolutely adorable, but honestly, it was a bit of a step out of my comfort zone. I'm must more used to doing "pretty" than "cute". However, I'm so glad I got to try something new and I really like the results! More close-ups are in my gallery at 2Peas.
Be sure to check in tomorrow for the full kit reveal AND for the winner of my RAK (MM Vintage Findings Vellum Envelopes)

Everything Scrapp'n Blog Hop! And more LO's :)
Welcome to another blog hop, brought to you by Everything Scrapp'n! This is, of course, the wonderful store I had the honor of being GDT for the month of March. I wanted to share two more LO's I created - the last of my work as their guest. If you're just joining me, you can start the hop at the Everything Scrapp'n Blog.
First up is "It's a Beautiful Life", created for Teresa's challenge. As per the challenge, I used Webster's Pages, lots of blues and golds, and tons of flowers. The big gold flower is handmade by yours truly :) The other flowers are actually ones I took off regular silk flower branches you would use for home decorating - I love getting my flowers for scrap booking this way - there's lots of variety to make it fun, and it's far more economical. I also sprayed some with gold mist. I thought the pp was perfect to do a pic from my wedding.
Close Ups:
Supply List:
PP - Webster's Pages, Postcards from Paris - la boutique de jardin and Romantique chic; Stickles Gold; Double Flourishes Pearl - Soft Blue; and ZVA Taupe Flourishes (sold out)
My favorite product here? The stunning Webster's Pages pp of course! What could be better??
My 2nd LO is called "Anticipation", using more of the Bellezo MME line, and showcasing another pregnancy pic.
Close ups:
Supply List:
Bellezo - Belleza Paper; Bellezo - Papillion Paper; Bellezo - Wild Blossom Paper; Frame - Swirl/Jet; http://everythingscrappn.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=23&products_id=358; Dots All Around Stencil (sold out)
My favorite product here? I loved the Black Diamond Stickles - I used it to make the little black dots on the circle to emphasize it. The LO wouldn't be the same without the stickles! I love how easy and economical it is to use stickles to add bling to your LO.
I also loved the Jet Swirl Frame by ZVA - all their stuff is so gorgeous!! And the wonderful thing is, I always use only parts of all the sirls for my LO's, so they last for many different pages. Here for example, I only used half, so I still have 2 more swirls left.
Ok, now hop on over to Suz's blog to see her wonderful creations.

My kit is here!
How exciting! I had a little hint of what would be in it, but it was fun opening a box and not really knowing! Lol. Kind of like when you're still little enough to get surprise gifts. I have an inkling everyone's going to really love this one! It's by a Major manufacturer and it's one of their latest CUTE releases! That's all I'm going to say for now. I hope you'll stop by later for the reveal, April 1st.

Waiting oh so patiently (not!)
I'm supposed to be getting a Scraptacular kit in the mail any day for my GDT work for April. I can't wait!! Where is it, I want it NOW! LOL
I'm really loving doing GDT work, and it's a lot of fun to have something different every month. I think I can definitely take on one or two more DT positions, and then stop there, leaving myself time to continue doing GDT spots. You get to know so many more people that way and try so many new and different things, and it's very interesting to see how all the different places do things differently - definitely makes for good experience and lets you learn new things.
I also want to thank all the new people who've visited my blog recently and those who added me to their Follow lists - thanks guys! It makes blogging so worth it :)

Be Merry
This one I created for the sketch challenge on the MME Blog. I used their pp from the Bohemia Christmas line - I had bought the whole line a while ago and I've used most of it, but still had some left. I really love it, so for me it's a blast from the past :) - an oldie but very much a goodie!
And some more views of it:
Here's the sketch they provided, that this is based on. I usually follow sketches more closely, but I had fun with this one and let the swirly, frosty pp inspire me!

Sketch 190 - My Heart
Sketch 190 is up at Scrapbook Challenges! Come join us - it's free and there are tons of challenges, weekly sketches, lots of chatting, and even wonderful prizes up for grabs! And starting this week, Pamela will be offering 2-page spread sketches weekly as well!
Here's my take on this week's sketch:
I again hand-cut a heart and used glimmer mist to define the space around it. Here;s a close-up:
Finally using my stash of the very cute and boyish "Archaic" by Basic Grey. So right for my DS! TFL :)

A 2Peas first!
I'm really excited that my project "Make a Wish" made it to the 2Peas Gallery front page Top 3 Most Liked" spot! I've had stuff in top 10 before, but the front page with the new system is definitely a first :)

Everything Scrapp'n Blog Hop
I want to share the two projects I made as part of my GDT work for Everything Scrapp'n for March.
The first page is called "Make a Wish" and it's a pic of me as a little girl. I really love these Cosmo Cricket pp's - when they first came out, it made me think of this pic of myself.
Supply List:
Cosmo Cricket pp: Earth Love - Remember, CC pp: Earth Love - Relive, CC Earth Love Ready-Set-Chip, CC Earth Love Elements, Webster's Pages Olive Trim, ZVA Creative Pearl Soft Blue Flourishes.
I have to say, my favorite product here were the ZVA pearl flourishes - I think they really "make" the LO - it just wouldn't be the same without them! What I love to do, is cut them apart to make them perfect for my LO's. I rarely use them as they come.
Here's my second LO - it's called 19 Weeks. It's from way back when I was pregnant with DD...so just about 6 years ago now. I always loved these pics (even though DH thinks the special effects make me look like I'm pregnant with a devil baby...but I've gotten pretty good at ignoring his remarks :) I really loved this pp from My Mind's Eye - it's such a gorgeous line!
Supply List:
12 x 12 Dots all around Stencil, My Mind's Eye pp Bellezo - Belleza, MME pp Bellezo - Exquisite Beauty, MME pp Bellezo - French Boutique, ZVA Creative Double Flourishes Pearl - Soft Blue, ZVA Creative Taupe Pearl Flourishes (I think they're already sold out....not surprised!)
My favorite product I used here was my new circle template! This thing is even more awesome in person. It's very thick plastic with holes all around (pictured below as black dots). What I did, was place it over my LO where I wanted a circle, and then went around and put Liquid Pearls into the holes. After removing the template, I put more dots in between the ones I already had to make them closer together. I also used the template to make the inner circle. I placed the template over the paper where I wanted to trace it and used a marker to draw around, which gave me dashes on the paper. I cut it out with an Exacto knife. The marker then easily washed off the template. Since the circles are all nested into each other, I could choose a smaller circle for my inner one, and a larger one for my outer one. Love my new template. There are other shapes in the store as well.

Baby shower card
As promised, here's the card I made for my friend whose shower I had today at my house. I had no time to work on this, so I kind of quickly threw something together. I like the way it turned out, considering the fact that I'm not much of a card maker. My friend's favorite color is purple, so I had to throw some purple in!
It's been dreary and raining all day, so I had to do the best I could with the photos. The card is gone to its new home, so these pics of it will be as good as it gets.
The shower went well, and I'm glad it's all done now! I had more than 30 people at my house, and I only knew 2 of them.

Baby shower today!
Rainy day here, up in DE. The shower I'm throwing my friend at my house is at 1, so I'll be busy vacuuming, etc beforehand. And cleaning afterward. Fun :)
I did somehow manage to fit in a handmade card (will have to remember to take pics before giving!) and I cut up cardstock pages for everyone to write parenting advice/wisdom, that I will then assemble into a little book for her. Her fav. color is purple so the pages are purple textured Bazzill cardstock and I already put holes in with my 7Gypsies hole drill thingy (Binderie). So I'll just have to cut a 4x5 cardboard and decorate for cover, add binder rings, and I'm done. Although I might add some rub-ons, etc for the inner pages as well - we'll see. And you'll see too...I'll photograph before giving away :)

Still busy!
Now, finally with scrapbooking :) I have completed 3 LO's for my GDT work for March (to be posted later), and I completed one for Scrapbook Challenges for this coming Monday, and I'm still working on my mini. But, this is the kind of busy I actually like!
Also, busy preparing for the baby shower this weekend, and planning the games, etc. I'm providing the house and doing the games, so hopefully everyone has fun!

100th post - and busy busy
Yep, busy busy - I wish I could say it was scrapbooking, but alas, no. My son turned 1 yesterday! And tomorrow, we're having his 1st BD party at our house. So busy cleaning up, etc. There's still a lot that needs to be done before...well, before we;re done. And next weekend, I'm throwing a baby shower for my friend at my house. So still busy busy. And actually, I am taking on a part-time job for my (a different) friend that will be going on maternity leave, and for the time being, that job will likely have to be done on weekends. And after the kids are asleep. I just hope I can continue to carve out time for me (aka scrapbooking).

I decided to start a GALLERY there too, so I added some of my work, just to catch up. Can't hurt :)

Poor baby.
Poor DS is teething - he's getting the back molars in. The two on top are already in, but the bottom ones, we're still waiting on. He's been pretty whiny and having a hard time sleeping. After he kept waking up tonight, I finally gave him Tylenol, and it seems to have helped.
On the positive side, I have finished one LO for my GDT work already and am working on a second one, as well as a mini. The mini will take some time, it's very involved. But then again, they always are :) The finished one used the Cosmo Cricket and the one I'm in the middle of is with the MME. The mini is with Graphic 45. All of these companies have been so fun to work with. I really like all the paper I got. But then again, I'm a paper addict. I also got to use tonight for the first time the new template I got as well. It allowed me to make perfect circles, and I'll get you a link when I share that LO with you.

I'm in heaven!
I got my DT box from Heather today, over at Everything Scrapp'n. It's all so gorgeous and I can't wait to make some stuff with it! Just to share a little, I got Graphic45, Cosmo Cricket, Webster's Pages, and My Mind's Eye, the Bella line, as well as a bunch of ZVA swirls and lace. Yes, my ZVA winnings are all but gone. And YES, Heather does have all the best brands in her store!
It's a whiny Monday here :)
DS is NOT in a good mood. He's getting the back teeth and it's not making him happy - and he likes to make sure everyone knows it! Well, by everyone, I mean "me". Since I'm the only one here to bear the brunt of his displeasure. I was going to go to Babies R Us today to buy a gift for my friend for her shower (that I'm throwing for her here at my house next weekend) but I'm rethinking that. I'm not sure he'll make it through a shopping trip...or I'll make it through, more accurately :)
