I'm swimming in gorgeous scrappy stuff!!

Well, maybe not "swimming"....although I love the visual. Can you just imagine??

But I have some awesome news - check out Webster's Pages HERE - I won a yummy prize package of some of their new stuff!!! You all know how happy that makes me! I really can't wait to have it in my hands...so I can spread it around and roll in it...I mean so I can scrap with it. Ahem.

And some more scrappy goodness - I got my DT package from Creative Charms today and O.M.G....the little flowers and brads and butterflies are even cuter in person! Seriously, I was totally blown away by how adorable they are. My only problem now is trying to figure out which ones I want to use first!

In other news, I get to be GDT for Scribble Scrabble in December - how neat is that?! More awesome pp coming my way to roll around in...that is, make beautiful art with :) I think I'm going to get their two newest lines to work with and they are just too cute for words.

So that's all the news for now...stay tuned for the 1st of August, when I get to share some more DT work with you. I am so busy right now trying to finish up assignments for 3 different teams right now, all due end of the month. Eeek! But I'll make it - I just have to make one more card and that's it! You know, scrapping assignments are about the only ones I've ever had that I don't find myself procrastinating with. Just the opposite...must mean I'm onto something good!

Us

I used the pp to make the flower and put real fresh water pearls in the center - TFL!

July 4th, 2009 - mini album

This is the cover of my July 4th mini - you can see the rest HERE. I first put the wrong date on the cover - 7/15/09 (DD was born 7/15) - I wasn't thinking LOL But you can see in the first pic that I did go back and fix it - so it's all good!

Anonymous, if you're reading, you can see that this happens all the time :)

This mini was done with the Snobby Walrus July kit - LOVED that kit - gorgeous reds, etc. So this project is the last of the projects I made with the kit...and guess what, I still have some pp left! The Cosmo Cricket Blackboard mini album I also got from Snobby Walrus.

Webster's Pages - Sweet Season

I seriously love THIS new WP line - love the colors and the sweets and the pretty, pretty snowflakes!!

And while there, you have to check out all the gorgeous new embellies they're releasing. And I love the new trims too...love it all :)

My 3Birds Post

I posted on 3Birds blog today with a couple projects:

Do you like to use flowers but think the super fancy ones are too expensive? Well, you can give your cost-effective 3Birds flowers some power! LOL On this first LO, I used plain paper flowers and stickled the heck out of them. You can use glitter glue or regular glitter. You can do many other things, including embossing, or using flocking. I think the results speak for themselves! On this first LO I also used Super Sticker Nestables for the circle and for the heart. And you can always embellish your borders and stickers with a little lace. Here, I used May Arts lace - it's the one called ribbon by the yard crochet lace. I cut it in half, which actually means I got 2 yards! And to get the pretty yellow swirls, I simply cut apart the border sticker in the new Super Sticker Nestables - Borders

Supplies:
Super Sticker Nestables (coming to HSN July 19) - That's TODAY!!!
3D Embellishments (coming to HSN July 19)
3Birds Perfectly Pretty Petals
3Birds Bling Goodie Box
Straight from the Nest Paper Pack
Must Have Bits and Pieces

I wanted to share another LO with you today. This one was super easy and quick to make since I used the Focus on Photos paper packs, so all the work was done for me! I used the coordinating 12x12 sheet, slapped on an 8x8 sheet and a 5x7 sheet, a border from the Super Sticker Nestables, and viola! If you take a look at the upper right corner, you'll see a large flower there. I used a flower punch and coordinating cardstock. I didn't want to leave it boring, so I gave my flower some power by using 3Birds So Many Sentiments Stamps :)

Supplies:
Super Sticker Nestables (coming to HSN July 19) - That's TODAY!!!
Focus on Photos
Perfectly Pretty Petals
So Many Sentiments Stamp Kit
Sticky Sparkly Vs. 5 Play on Words
Bling Goodie Box
Overstuffed Craft Kit
Must Have Bits and Pieces

Look at all the AC goodies I found at Snobby Walrus! Aren't they cute? I finally got my hands on a Printer's Tray by 7Gypsies and I think I'm addicted! It was so much fun to alter and make little ATC cards.

***Updated: Whoohoo! My project made it into the 2nd top spot on 2Peas for Most Liked! And top 3 most bookmarked!
