New Year's Cards!

I have a whole blog post on the BoBunny BLOG today full of ideas on making the most of your Pearlescents, and I wanted to share a couple more cards here.

For my first card, I used Pearlescents along the edge to add a snowy feel and some definition. I also added some BoBunny flowers and buttons, and layered and distressed the paper from the Altitude collection.

To create the raised circles, I used BoBunny "Brocade" Stickable Stencil with molding paste, and misted with BoBunny "Frost" glimmer Spray.

For my second card, I again used the stencil, spray, and molding paste, as well as the pretty BoBunny flowers. Here, I used "Sugar" Pearlescents to add centers to the snowflakes and to dot the "i's". The white Pealescents looks just like tiny pearls when applied, and has the added benefit of creating a dot as big or as small as you need it to be. This card was also created with the Altitude collection.

Altered mini album in a tin!

Hello, today I'm sharing a little altered mini album I created that fits into a small round tin. I used all BoBunny products ("Rose Café" collection paper and chipboard and die cuts, crystal swirls, liquid paint, etc.). I got the various quotes from my "quotes" Pinterest board - so fun to have an excuse to browse it :)

A wintery layout

Just in time for us to get a bit of snow around here, I thought I would share a recent BoBunny LO featuring the new Altitude collection. Can I just say again how much I love it? I always love BoBunny's winter collections (who remembers "Snowy Serenade"??), but this has to be one of my favorites... and not just because they added purple :)

This is a picture of my dad and I when I was a baby. And I added some molding paste, a little misting, some distressing, and Pearlescents blended around the edge to create a bit of a frame and give it a little bit of a pearly glow.

All the supplies (paper, chipboard, washi tape, crystal swirls, etc.) are by BoBunny.

Using scraps to make cards...

And here is the last set of cards I made with the "Nest" collection. As I mentioned before, I was able to create 6 layered layouts and 13 cards using the collection (12 patterned papers and 3 sheets of vellum).

Yep, I used the smallest scraps - even the cut off strips from the sheets - like in this first card:

Pretty paper goes a long way...

Sharing a few more cards using the "Nest" collection. The first three cards are simply cut from the gorgeous paper and inked around the edges. The paper is beautiful enough to stand on its own as a card, and perfect for sticking in an envelope and mailing, since there are no added embellishments to add bulk.

The last card today is again just the awesome text paper with a simple vellum overlay attached with staples at the edges. Simple and easy, but a really cool effect! Just shows how much you can do with some gorgeous paper in a matter of minutes :)

"Nest" cards!

This week, I'm sharing the 13 cards I made with the leftovers from the "Nest" collection pack from Webster's Pages. I used a lot of vellum and did a lot of machine stitching to attach it. The cardstock is all BoBunny "Double Dot".

Here are the first two cards. I'm going to add a sentiment inside the frames (depending on what kind of card I need it to be). I distressed and inked the edges:
