And even more LO's with the gorgeous WP!

I have some more stuff to share today! First off, I have a fun and funky LO, "Soar". The longer title is actually, "May your dreams soar". It's DD this summer, blowing bubbles. I used Seaside Retreat pp. The big butterflies are from I Am Roses and the chipboard kite and chipboard hot air balloon (I painted it white - don't you just love how detailed laser-cutting makes the chipboard) are both from Scrapmatts. I'll be getting my DT box from them soon, I can't wait! All these projects that I've used their stuff weren't even DT work yet, LOL. I just love what they make and I feel like I can use it on almost every LO I make.

And one more for the wedding album - "Love Everlasting". The Hollywood Vogue line was so perfect for this.

An last, I re-took a pic of "Lion Tamer". The other pics I got were somewhat washed out, but this is much better.

2 Webster's Pages LO's to share!

I've been sorta busy ;) I have two new LO's to share today. The first one is me when I was little. I called it "Lion Tamer". The WP was perfect for this, and my fav color is purple so it all worked out well :) The 2 dragonflies and the blue butterfly are form I Am Roses.

The second one is DD last year, on her first day of Kn, titled "1st Day Of KN". I love the Wonderfall pp for this.

Magical Carousel

I mixed a whole bunch of WP collections here - Lullaby Lane, Wonderfall, Sweet Season, and Postcards From Paris. The chipboard rocking horse and chipboard butterflies are Scrapmatts. This is DD last year at Disney World, on the Cinderella Carousel.

Our Babies - Printer's Tray

Yes, one more Printer's Tray from me! I love these things, but this is my last one - I'd bought three, and I used them all. This one is about the kiddos when they were babies. No, unfortunately I didn't manage to find a baby sock, but it's fine. The papers are the petite papers from Webster's Pages, from the "Lullaby Lane" collection, as well as vellum from that line. The vellum was actually perfect to line the hot air balloon with - it gives it a more airy, transparent feel. And I made a butterfly out of the vellum - pretty effect. And I had fun layering the vellum over the photos and as background for one of the squares - I found a lot of uses for it :) The lace and a lot of the bling are also WP, as are the peach bloomers along the bottom.

Some things I wanted to point out. The chipboard hot air balloon, rocking horse, and baby pram are all Scrapmatts. The very pretty and realistic dragonfly, as well as the blue tattered-looking roses I bought from I Am Roses. BTW, I also wanted to mention that although I have linked I Am Roses a couple times, I am not paid to do so and everything I have from them, I purchased. I just like the store :)

Black Swan

Anyone seen it yet? I'm going to go see it tomorrow probably! It got A- from critics and Yahoo users, which is really excellent, so I'm excited :)

I don't have anything to share today - I'm working on another printer's tray (love those things!) and it's taking a while. I'm really upset - I sold and gave away all of my kids' baby socks and now I'm thinking one would have been absolutely perfect for the tray :( I'm going to go dig through some storage boxes, maybe I'll find something. I do like how it's coming along. Maybe I'll finish up tonight and can post tomorrow night.

I was feeling kind of down yesterday. The evening before yesterday's, DS dove head-first into our hardwood floor off the couch. He was fine a few minutes later, running around and laughing. Then the next day, I was at a workshop getting continuing education credits (to maintain my license), and I get a call from daycare that he slipped and fell into a table and will likely need stitches! Well, I couldn't leave, so I had to get DH to leave work early and take DS to the ER. He ended up only needing glue (dermabond or something like that), and he's fine. But I was so stressed out having to leave the workshop for extended phone calls. Then I called my dad to tell him about it and before I even could, he picked a fight with me. So I think the stress just kind of got to me. I'm all better today though. DS is fine, but I'm afraid I'm in for a lot of worrying down the road, with sky diving and bungeee jumping and demolition derby or something. DD was never like that at all (the opposite actually) so this is all new territory for me!

Beavers and Bears, Oh My!

Nikki Sivils had a product exchange with Creative Charms, so lucky me, got to play with two of her lines! Here's my Creative Charms blog post today:

Hi all, I'm here with more Nikki Sivils!! I have to admit, I love her paper, so I was excited to get my hands on some. I got papers and stickers from Tree Love and My Friend Birdie. Tree Love was perfect for fall and I had a gorgeous pic of DS I really wanted to scrap. Believe it or not, this was taken in our backyard. The way I shot it, makes it look like a park or forest, but it's all illusion :)

Do you see the cute Creative Charms bear hiding in the corner with some trees?

And I also altered a Vintage Make-It-Yours Self-Adhesive Metal Frame, using stickers from Tree Love - it was so easy - just adhere the sticker to the metal plate, and add the clear sticker on top!

Supplies:
- Vintage Make-It-Yours Self-Adhesive Metal Frames
- Vintage Marble Brads - AMBER
- Vintage Poppies with Pearl Brads - CINNAMON
- Vintage Poppies with Pearl Brads - CAMEL

Of course, I couldn't stop without making a little card using My Friend Birdie! The laser-cut chipboard sentiment is by Scrapmatts. The larger banner are photo corners from the sticker sheet :)

Mr. Snowman

Another Harmonie blog post today:

This is a picture of my daughter with her snowman last year. I used a fabric puffy pen (you coat the chipboard and then heat with a heat gun) to give it a snowy feel. I also used white crackle paint on some of it to give it a more frosty look. Also, as you can see, I used more than one collection here again.

Supplies:
Paper: Noel and Blizzard
Chipboard: from the ribbon spools
Stickers: Peel Offs from the Blizzard collection
Flowers/Ornaments: Blizzard collectiom
Letter stickers: Letter peel offs
Brads: Blizzard collection
Ribbon: Noel collection (RU 060)
